Our client located east of Madison is looking for a temporary Accountant to help their team lighten the workload. They need someone that can jump in where needed and be flexible to changing job responsibilities. This is 100% in-office, 40 hours/week, and starting asap.

Responsibilities- Record and reconcile daily bank transactions
- Prepare and complete balance sheet account reconciliations
- Prepare and post prepaid expense entries
- Record AP accruals and accounts payable journal entries
- Support general ledger accuracy and month-end close processes
- Provide occasional backup support for AR collections
- Assist with AR/AP email management as needed
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
