Accounting Manager

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000

Leadership & Oversight
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities and ensure alignment with internal policies
• Oversee journal entries, general ledger processes, and month‑end activities
• Lead and enhance monthly account reconciliations
• Serve as a key resource for internal documentation and audit support

Sales & Use Tax
• Oversee all sales and use tax filings
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant submissions

Financial & Regulatory Reporting
• Direct preparation of weekly reporting on selected assets and liabilities
• Manage monthly financial statement preparation and review
• Oversee reporting tied to insured depository solutions
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and applicable banking guidelines

Audit & Compliance Coordination
• Partner with internal and external audit teams
• Maintain strong internal controls and support process consistency
• Assist in firm‑wide compliance initiatives

Process Improvement & Cross‑Functional Partnership
• Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen accounting processes
• Provide recommendations and insights to leadership
• Support a culture where continuous improvement and new ideas are encouraged

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred (or interest in pursuing)
• Background in banking, public accounting, audit, compliance, or general accounting
• Strong technical accounting skills with exceptional attention to detail
