• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10‑Q, 10‑K, and earnings releases
• Research and conclude on technical accounting matters to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Act as a liaison with internal and external auditors, providing timely and accurate support
• Assist with complex accounting entries during month‑end and quarter‑end close
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all external reporting activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 3+ years of SEC or external reporting experience
• Strong experience preparing 10‑Q and 10‑K filings
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and technical accounting concepts
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and research skills
• Comfortable navigating complex reporting and regulatory requirements
• Strong communicator who partners effectively with auditors and internal stakeholders
• Proactive, organized, and committed to accuracy and compliance
Salary: $100,000 to $130,000
