Cost Accounting
• Lead standard costing, cost roll‑ups, and variance analysis
• Review absorption rates and analyze cost drivers
• Provide costing insights to support pricing, strategic planning, and new product initiatives
Inventory Management
• Oversee reserve calculations for financial and bank reporting
• Improve and standardize inventory reporting
• Partner with BI to enhance reporting tools and operational visibility
General Ledger Support
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting analysis for monthly close
• 6+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred
• Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting
• Ability to partner cross‑functionally and provide data‑driven insights
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable owning complex costing processes
• Collaborative communicator who partners effectively with operations and BI teams
• Proactive, organized, and committed to improving reporting and accuracy
Salary: $100,000 to $120,000
