We are seeking a Billing Support Specialist to support our Madison‑based medical device manufacturing client. In this role, you will work to manage the intersection of sales operations and accounting. You will be responsible for resolving billing discrepancies and streamlining the order process to ensure timely product delivery. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels at problem‑solving and meeting departmental goals in a fast‑paced environment.

• $23/hr
• North East Madison, WI
• 1st Shift, M-F (8:30 AM-5:00 PM)
• Temp-to-Hire

• Work with Accounting to resolve issues with billing.
• Prepare quotes/custom invoices.
• Clear credit holds daily by reaching out to customers via outbound call.
• Assist with updating payment methods on customer accounts.
• Assist with month and quarter end activities.
• Handle other duties and projects as assigned.

• Associate’s Degree (Preferred)
• Proficiency with data review/analytics
• Highly organized
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
