Overview
SENIOR SEC ACCOUNTANT — We are partnering with an innovative, growth‑oriented organization to identify a Senior SEC Accountant to join its corporate accounting team during a period of meaningful transformation.
Responsibilities- Prepare and file quarterly and annual SEC reports, including Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, and earnings releases
- Research and document conclusions on ad hoc technical accounting matters in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, responding to requests efficiently and accurately
- Assist with complex accounting entries and analysis during month‑end and quarter‑end close
- Support ongoing compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across all financial reporting activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred
- 2+ years of experience in SEC reporting
- Hands‑on experience preparing 10-Q and 10-K filings
$105,000 – $130,000
