SEC Reporting Analyst

An innovative organization is seeking an SEC Reporting Analyst to join its corporate accounting team during an exciting period of transformation. The SEC Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely SEC filings, supporting technical accounting research, and collaborating with auditors.

• The SEC Reporting Analyst will complete quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings releases.
• Research and conclude on ad hoc technical accounting topics to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Act as a liaison with internal and external auditors, providing requested information promptly.
• Assist with complex accounting entries during month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• The SEC Reporting Analyst will help maintain accuracy and compliance across all reporting activities.

• Bachelors in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 3+ years of SEC reporting experience
• Experience preparing 10-Q and 10-K filings.
