• Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoices and deposits.
• Support the Property Accountant with payroll, HR tasks, and other business functions.
• Communicate with guests and team in a service‑first manner, and join credit huddles to discuss account statuses.
• Maintain accurate filing systems for direct billing and other accounts.
• Protect confidential information with integrity.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework related to accounting or finance helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
