• Complete quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10‑Q, 10‑K, and earnings releases.
• Research and conclude on ad hoc technical accounting topics to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Act as a liaison with internal and external auditors, providing requested information promptly.
• Assist with complex accounting entries during month‑end and quarter‑end close processes.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance across all reporting activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of SEC reporting experience.
• Experience preparing 10‑Q and 10‑K filings.

• Exposure to complex reporting and technical accounting issues.
