Accurately handle checkout operations, transactions, and support cash office operations as needed;
Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds;
Assist guests by greeting, engaging, and solving their needs to deliver a welcoming experience;
Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up;
Promote and explain current promos, store activities and events to guests
