Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.

• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

• 9 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program:
Health Trust Program - HCA - Tristar Division.

Additional Details:

Medical Surgical/Neuro - Required

Required Skills/Experience: Med/Surg Experience, ability to prioritize care, multitask, start IV’s, basic wound care, maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, & chest tubes.

Required Credentials: Comprehensive Stroke, ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center, Certified Chest Pain Center.

Special Requests: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Shift & Scheduling: 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4 week schedule. xrlwcon

Floating Requirements: Contract labor is first to float; go by rotation when there are multiple C/L staff scheduled.

10 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required
