Summer Seasonal: Madison Part Time Turnover Cleaning Technician

Overview

As a Seasonal Cleaning Technician you will work with our cleaning team to prepare apartments for new resident move‑ins. Have fun and love what you do as a member of our summer crew! This position offers a great schedule with No Nights and No Weekends. Seasonal opportunities will begin in May and run through Mid‑August.

As a Seasonal Cleaning Technician you will be responsible for cleaning apartments as a part of the turnover process.

• Work with property manager and regional supervisor with scheduling of units to be cleaned.
• Complete turnover cleaning checklist for each unit scheduled within the time frame assigned.
• Document all items that were cleaned, and follow up with lead cleaning technician.
• Assist with public area cleaning as needed and assigned, which may include, but not limited to, vacuuming hallways, cleaning laundry rooms and entry ways.
• Assist with outside grounds work such as picking up trash and pulling weeds.

Summer Seasonal Turnover Cleaning Technician will complete and follow‑up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned or necessary to fulfill job duties and maintenance processes. Summer Seasonal Turnover Maintenance Technician will work cooperatively and comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will be conducted professionally, consistently and safely.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, Part Time Hours scheduled between 8am-5pm, Position is Seasonal Beginning in May through Mid August.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds with the ability to work on a team. A valid driver’s license is a must. Mills Property Management is willing to train individuals without cleaning experience.
