This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach at Madison High School. The Assistant Girls Lacrosse Coach will be responsible for assisting in team training sessions, developing lacrosse tactics, overseeing practice drills, and supporting the head coach with game strategies and player development. The role also includes the responsibility of maintaining team equipment and ensuring a positive and motivating environment for the players.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Coaching abilities
- Prior experience playing or coaching lacrosse
- Understanding of Coaching principles and best practices
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and motivating environment
- Candidates will need to have a valid NJ Sub Certificate (can apply for it online)
