Provide customer service to clients and visitors;
Operate the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, answering phones and intercoms, and supporting lobby traffic flow;
Help to control access by verifying identification, processing visitor sign-in and sign-out, issuing temporary badges, and documenting contractor and delivery activity per site policy;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Complete required documentation such as visitor logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and relay pertinent information during post handoff
