Forum Coffee an upscale coffee chain with locations in East Hanover, Livingston, Hoboken (2 locations), Little Falls, Raritan, and Now Bloomfield! Opening in Madison & Fairfield Jan/Feb 2026! Our goal is to "Redefine the New Jersey Coffee Experience" offering consumers a quick reliable option with quality organic coffee and pastries away from big box coffee retailers. We are seeking friendly individuals who would like to help us prove concept and quickly expand Forum Coffee throughout the North Jersey landscape.

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, such as coffee and tea, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, and tea
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
• Learn how to operate the Square register (prior experience with Square a +)
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
• Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of beverages
• Assist in stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
• Ability to handle transactions accurately
• Ability to facilitate and handle online orders
• Familiarity with food safety practices in the food industry
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling payments
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
