A highly respected full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Complex Commercial Litigation group. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in sophisticated commercial and financial services disputes who is looking to take on challenging, high-level work within a collaborative and dynamic team.

The practice represents a diverse range of clients in complex commercial matters, including financial services litigation, class actions, real estate disputes, and related high-stakes litigation. This position offers the opportunity to work on intricate, substantive matters while developing deep expertise and significant client exposure.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4–8 years of experience in complex commercial and financial services litigation
• Demonstrated experience handling class action lawsuits and real estate litigation
• Experience with title insurance matters (a plus)
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
• Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar (a plus)
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• The ability to manage complex matters independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and clients

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this role is $154,000 – $185,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
