QUEST CAMP COORDINATOR2026 Quest Camp Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations and administrative functions of Quest Day Camp.

Position Overview:
The Quest Camp Site Coordinator supports the successful operation of multiple camp sites by managing administrative processes, parent communication, enrollment, supplies, and compliance. This role works closely with the Camp Directors and the Camp Site Coordinator to ensure programs run smoothly and meet all licensing and organizational standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of all Quest Camp programs and procedures
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and back-office operations
- Manage camp supply needs, including distribution and inventory tracking
- Serve as primary point of contact for parents via email, phone, and in person
- Respond promptly to all parent inquiries and elevate high-priority concerns to the Camp Directors
- Manage camper enrollment in Active Net, including withdrawals, transfers, and added weeks
- Maintain accurate camper and staff records and ensure licensing compliance
- Manage waitlists and enroll campers as space becomes available
- Track all auto-draft payments and follow up on declined payments to ensure fees are collected prior to each camp week
- Support camp programming as needed, ensuring activities follow Quest Day Camp guidelines and meet NJ Youth Camp Act and ACA Standards
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and camp activities
- Assist the Camp Directors with staff support and operational oversight as needed
- Complete additional duties as assigned

- Up to 40 hours per week (schedule varies)
- 40 hours of mandatory training June 15 - June 19, 2026
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications provided
- Be eligible for a 10-week stay cash incentive.
- Strong relationship-building skills with families and staff
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in safety and emergency situations.
- Ability to stand or sit while maintaining alertness for several hours at a time.
- Position may require bending, leaning, kneeling and walking.
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to view computer monitors.
- Must be able to withstand being outdoors in heat, humidity, on a pool deck and rain.
- Up to 40 hours per week, days may vary.
