Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Account Executive based in Starkville/Columbus, MS. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, develop lasting relationships, identify and secure new business opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets. The role includes preparing presentations, assessing client needs, handling negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored telecommunications solutions for clients is integral to the position.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in customer service and client-focused solutions
  • Proficiency in presentation, negotiation, and closing techniques
  • Ability to meet and exceed set sales metrics and KPIs
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services and solutions preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-related tools
  • Highly motivated self-starter with organizational and time-management skills
