Maintenance Supervisor (2 Openings - Day or Night Shift)

$75K - $90K + Excellent Benefits Established Industrial Food Manufacturing Operation

A major, well-established food manufacturing operation is expanding its maintenance leadership team and is urgently hiring two Maintenance Supervisors to support a high-volume production facility.

If you are a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys leading technicians, solving equipment issues, and keeping production running, this is a strong opportunity to step into a stable operation with long-term growth.

This role oversees a crew of 5-10 maintenance technicians and works closely with plant leadership to ensure equipment reliability, preventative maintenance execution, and production uptime.

What You'll Lead

• Supervise and schedule a team of maintenance technicians
• Drive preventative and corrective maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and production equipment
• Coordinate repairs, installs, and equipment upgrades
• Support plant safety, reliability, and operational uptime
• Partner with maintenance leadership on planning and improvements

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong background in industrial/food manufacturing maintenance
• Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plant systems
• Experience leading maintenance technicians in a production environment
• Welding fabrication experience OR PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
