Shift Details

• Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• 36 hours per week – 3 shifts/week

• Perform nursing assessments and reassessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Maintain sterile field and enforce OR safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff
• Provide intra-operative and perioperative patient support
• Document patient responses and clinical interventions
• Delegate appropriately to licensed and unlicensed personnel
• Mentor and precept new staff and assist with team development

Required Experience &

Skills:

2 years acute RN experience required Experience in ortho, general, OB/GYN, eyes, spine EPIC experience required Strong OR circulating skills

Education:

Nursing Diploma OR Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) Licensure &

Certifications:

Active Indiana RN License BLS (Required) ACLS (Required)
