Full-Time: 6am - 3pm
OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to support the production of injection molded components and tooling for plastic injection molds. This role involves setting up, programming, and operating CNC equipment to manufacture high-quality parts that meet tight tolerance and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and related machining equipment
- Machine mold components and tooling used in plastic injection molds
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and job specifications
- Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining methods
- Monitor machining processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish
- Perform in-process inspections and make necessary offsets or adjustments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with mold makers, die builders, and engineering teams to meet production goals
- 1–3+ years of CNC machining experience (setup, operation, basic programming)
- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
