We're on a mission to help people learn about their water, but we need your help!
Environmental Laboratories, Inc. is a water testing laboratory with an upbeat, positive, happy, down-to-earth culture where respect for one another (and our clients) is a part of everything we do. We place special emphasis on helping one another and doing excellent work; we don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we take our work very seriously. We use chemistry to help people identify their drinking water problems - giving them several different options for testing the quality of their drinking water.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Client Resource Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for our clients—providing exceptional support, clear communication, and guidance throughout their testing experience. You’ll help ensure that both our Safe Home (ETK) customers and our regulated clients receive accurate information, timely responses, and a consistently excellent experience.
Please be sure to include a cover letter with your resume. We’d like some insight into how you believe you will add value to our team and why you’re a good fit for the role.
Your resume will not be reviewed without a cover letter, simply make your cover letter page 2 of your resume. They should be distinct pages but can be in the same file.
A background in science and/or customer support/administrative is a plus , but certainly isn’t necessary. To succeed as part of this team you just need to value hard work, growing your knowledge, and getting joy from helping others. You’ll go through extensive training to eventually be able to speak intelligently to all the different aspects of drinking water quality/chemistry. We love introducing people to science, so we’re proud to provide all industry‐specific knowledge and training on the job.
You’ll need to have obtained at least a high school diploma/GED to be eligible for this role.
This is a great role for an Enneagram 2.
