Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Rural - Madison, Indiana

- $270,000 for 0-2 years experience
- $275,000 for 2+ years experience
- $40,000 sign on bonus
- 10,000 relocation bonus

- 1:6 first and second call with a 30 minute call back
- This position covers one hospital in Southern Indiana located approximately one hour from Cincinnati & Louisville.
- Provide anesthesia services for six (6) operating rooms. Cases to include:
General surgery, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Spine, Orthopedic, Urology, ENT
- Independent practice including regional blocks and spinals/epidurals. Call and back up call 1:6 with a 30 minute call back.
- Major trauma is transferred to Louisville hospitals
