Charge Bookkeeper​/Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Bank monitoring and ACH processing/reconciliation.
• System synchronization and Data Validation between ERP systems and Quickbooks.
• Manage transaction entry and deposits to ensure accurate G/L accounts between each company.
• Invoice Processing and Vendor Communication.
• Cash flow and Payables planning – ability to review and develop cashflow reports.
• Check Run and Payment Preparation.
• Bank Uploads and Fraud prevention.
• Payroll Journal and Funding.
• Inventory adjustments to maintain proper financial reporting.
• Sales Tax Filing – NY/CT, Annual property taxes.

• Associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently; self-starter.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to take ownership of processes that impact.
• Extensive knowledge of business management.
• Attention to detail and organization is a must.
• Ability to develop and maintain financial reports.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong skills in Excel.

• 15 years of experience in Bookkeeping/accounting.
• Quickbooks Premier.
• Understanding and extensive experience with ERP systems.
• Strong background with inventory management, WIP and Finished goods.
• Inventory cycle counting.
