Senior Accountant
High-impact opportunity for a Senior Accountant to support ERP integrations during an exciting period of growth. This role offers strong visibility across the organization and the chance to collaborate with multiple teams while helping integrate newly acquired businesses into the company’s financial systems. Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
- Conduct pre-migration meetings and interviews with staff to understand acquired companies’ accounting policies and processes.
- Analyze and resolve differences between accounting practices through GAP analysis and documentation.
- Prepare timelines, assist with playbook development, training schedules, and other pre-migration documents.
- Assist with ensuring accuracy throughout the automated process. When required, assist with manual data entry.
- Work closely with the Integrations Resource Team to complete tasks across departments.
- Design and present financial management training for administrative, accounting, billing, and management staff.
- Proactively document innovative ideas to enhance integration processes for the Accounting Group.
Preferred Experience of the Senior Accountant:
- 5–7 years of General Ledger experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
- Experience with ERP migrations or system implementations preferred.
- Previous Internal Audit experience preferred.
- Exposure to M&A processes preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
