Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for CDL DRIVERS in Madison/Huntsville AL
. Our client is an Automotive Supplier located in the North Alabama area.

Responsibilities of a CDL DRIVERS includes:

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is properly secured and complies with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and delivery records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered.
• Follow route and time schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the appropriate personnel immediately.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively during interactions with clients and customers.
• Ensure cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.

Job Requirements of a CDL DRIVERS
:

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Class
  
  A.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CDL Driver.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS systems effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, as required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
