Exterior Damage Sales Representative – Uncapped Commission + Bonuses – North Alabama. In this position, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess their roof, siding, gutter, window, and door needs, perform exterior inspections, and present solutions. You will guide homeowners through the process – from the initial consultation to signing the contract – all while delivering top-notch service.

Pay is commission-based with generous bonus opportunities, offering truly uncapped earning potential – motivated reps routinely earn $100,000+ in their first year. • Customer Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate exterior damage or upgrades related to roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. Perform inspections (including safely climbing ladders/onto roofs) and honestly assess damage or needs.
• Sales Presentations: Educate homeowners on QRE Construction’s full range of exterior solutions and present proposals/estimates for repairs or replacements. Explain product options and guide them through insurance or financing when applicable.
• Lead Generation: Proactively prospect new customers by canvassing neighborhoods, networking, and requesting referrals. Building your own pipeline = higher earnings.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate and close exterior repair or replacement contracts with homeowners, guiding them through the agreement process and securing the sale. Follow up on open estimates and inquiries to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with our production and installation teams to ensure the projects you sell are completed smoothly. Set clear expectations and maintain communication with customers through project completion.
• Team Involvement: Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills and share winning strategies with teammates. Contribute to our positive, high-performance culture.
