D1 Training is in need of a high-energy, enthusiastic person to WIN GAMES in our Sales Role. This position involves prospecting/list-building, making a large volume of outgoing calls (100+ per 4 hours), constantly and relentlessly following up on leads, setting and closing in-person sales meetings, and selling all of our D1 services.
Must be a self‑motivated, team‑oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness who can sell ANYTHING. Sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Real Day in the Life- Show up on time with high energy, confirm all appointments, and send personalized selfie videos to booked prospects.
- Make 100 calls, follow up with 13 leads who did not schedule, and secure new appointments.
- Conduct in‑person sales meetings: greet prospect, fill a questionnaire, give a tour, and use the sales process to build rapport and prescribe a program.
- Overcome financial and other objections, close the sale, and ensure the prospect’s satisfaction.
- Repeat closing, maintain a high volume of sales, and handle lead nurturing throughout the day.
- Reach out to local businesses, potentially securing group sign‑ups, and update data tracking accurately.

- Base + commission + monthly bonus + monthly competitions/awards (Base Range: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year)
- Bonus Range (annual): $5,000 - $8,000 low performing closer; $8,000 - $18,000 average closer; $18,000 - $25,000+ elite closer
