Position Summary

The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales-focused role focused on delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. You will use an energetic demeanor to promote our automotive services, build relationships, promote products and services, and coordinate service appointments between customers and technicians. You will conduct transaction procedures with accuracy to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is suitable for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Pay range
: $15.20 – $22.71

Responsibilities

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
• Respond energetically to every customer, in-store and over the phone.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and handling complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
