Key Responsibilities- Guest Service – Greet guests, build relationships, and ensure a memorable experience.
- Food Service – Prepare, sell, or assist with food items, maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Problem Solving – Resolve guest and teammate issues, identify improvements, and communicate solutions.
- Cleanliness & Brand Standards – Maintain a pristine environment, embodying Cleaner, Safer, Friendlier values.
- Cashier – Operate the register, restock shelves, clean restrooms, and promote products.
- Host/Hostess – Create an engaging atmosphere, guide guests, and promote loyalty programs.
- Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook – Maintain kitchen cleanliness, ensure sanitation, follow brand standards, and manage inventory.
- Barista – Craft handcrafted beverages, manage payments, and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
- 18+ years of age
- Clear communication skills
- Willing and able to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds
- Accountable and reliable
- Punctual
- Team‑first attitude, coachable
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
- Basic math proficiency
- Prior experience in retail, food service, or customer service
- Native or fluent in a second language
- Desire for personal and professional advancement
- Shift flexibility, weekend availability
