• Creating a positive experience and culture every day for employees

• Providing accurate reports, tracking and reconciling coupons and certificates, and creating and posting crew work schedules
• Ensuring store meets standards for optimum costs, performance and compliance with operational and health labor laws
• Monitoring cash procedures and bank deposits, cash drawers, reconciliation
• Providing the ultimate pizza experience for every guest
• Assuming store operations in the absence of the Store Manager

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience at a QSR
• Serv Safe certification required
• Good communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and strategies
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS
• Ability to meet deadlines and help customers quickly and efficiently
• Team player willingness to cover shifts in event of absences
• Stand and walk, reach with hands and arms, bend and stoop, kneel or crouch; this job requires you to be on your feet up to 75% of the time
• Must be able to lift or move up to 30 pounds
