Join the team as a Team Member at Twice Daily. This role supports guest service and food service operations across multiple positions, with opportunities for internal promotion and career development.
Responsibilities- Guest Service
:
Welcome every guest, build lasting relationships, and ensure guests feel they are the first guest of the day. - Food Service
:
Contribute to delivering an excellent food service experience; assist with preparing, selling, or helping guests find food items; uphold quality, safety, and efficiency. - Problem Solving
:
Understand needs of teammates and guests; take action to find answers and solutions; communicate improvements effectively. - Cleaner & Fresher
:
Maintain a pristine environment; uphold brand standards to be cleaner, safer, and friendlier. - Cashier
:
Read and respond to guest needs, operate a cash register, stock shelves, clean restrooms, and support promotions in a fast-paced environment. - Host/Hostess
:
Create an exciting, friendly guest environment; assist with Made to Order program and kiosk orders; enroll guests in Loyalty Programs and educate on offerings. - Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook
:
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety; follow brand standards; assist with ordering, rotation, and inventory management. - Barista
:
Learn to craft beverages; handle payments and cash drawer; receive training to build specialty beverages.
Minimum Qualifications
- 18+
- Clear communication
- Able and willing to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds
- Accountable
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Team-first attitude
- Coachable
- Ability to stand on your feet during entire shift
- Able to perform basic math functions
- Prior C-Store, retail, food service, or customer service is greatly appreciated
- Bilingual
- Desire for personal and professional advancement
- Shift flexibility
- Weekend availability
