Guest ServiceYour focus will be to put a smile on every guest’s face through executing your role to the best of your ability. Welcome every guest as they walk in the door. Build lasting relationships and understand their needs.
Food ServiceEach Team Member plays a part in delivering an excellent food service experience. Whether you are preparing food, selling food, or helping guests find items, you have a responsibility for quality, safety, and efficiency.
Problem SolvingUnderstand the needs of teammates and guests, take action to find solutions, resolve issues to keep guests returning, and communicate new ways of doing things effectively.
Cleaner & FresherProvide a pristine environment and uphold brand standards by keeping a cleaner, safer, and friendlier experience than the competition.
CashierRead and react to guests and store needs by proactively and reactively completing multiple tasks. Run a cash register, stock shelves, clean restrooms, and promote items.
Host/HostessCreate an exciting, fun environment from the moment a guest walks in, personalize every experience. Participate in the Made to Order program, be the bridge between guest and kitchen, and champion the guest experience, including loyalty program enrollment.
Food Service Team Member/Prep CookMaintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment, follow sanitation, health, and safety standards, adhere to brand recipe integrity, and manage inventory, product rotation, and ordering.
BaristaLearn to create handcrafted beverages with Swiss machinery, brew selected beans, collect payments, make accurate change, maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Minimum Qualifications- 18+
- Clear communication
- Able and willing to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds

- Ability to stand on feet during entire shift
- Able to perform basic math functions
- Prior C‑Store, retail, food service, or customer service experience is greatly appreciated
