What You’ll Do:
Serve as a trusted clinical advisor to facility leaders and nursing teams, ensuring they have the tools, systems, and guidance to operate at peak performanceConduct facility visits to assess compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, and mentor staff toward best practicesPartner with Regional Case Managers to ensure care plans and coverage meet resident needsLead proactive survey preparedness and support facilities during inspectionsAnalyze key metrics — from Q.A. reports to incident trends — and help implement corrective action plansProvide expertise in risk management, clinical technology, and regulatory changesChampion customer service initiatives that enhance resident and family satisfactionReview and refine nursing policies to stay ahead of evolving industry standardsWhy This Role is Different:
