• Serve as a trusted clinical advisor to facility leaders and nursing teams, ensuring they have the tools, systems, and guidance to operate at peak performance
• Conduct facility visits to assess compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, and mentor staff toward best practices
• Partner with Regional Case Managers to ensure care plans and coverage meet resident needs
• Lead proactive survey preparedness and support facilities during inspections
• Analyze key metrics — from Q.A. reports to incident trends — and help implement corrective action plans
• Provide expertise in risk management, clinical technology, and regulatory changes
• Champion customer service initiatives that enhance resident and family satisfaction
• Review and refine nursing policies to stay ahead of evolving industry standards
