Position Overview:

Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

As a Night Shift RN , you'll provide high-quality nursing care while serving as a trusted clinical leader during overnight hours. You'll work closely with residents, CNAs, and on-call providers to ensure comfort, safety, and continuity of care in a calm, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours

* Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and changes

* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols

* Collaborate with on-call providers and interdisciplinary team members as needed

* Provide calm reassurance and emotional support to residents overnight

* Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations

* Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic nighttime environment

* Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery

Qualifications:

* Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care

* Excellent communication and decision-making skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively during night hours

* Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care

* Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus
