Forklift Operator - Second Shift

Location: Madison, AL
Pay Rate: $21.82 per hour
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
Overtime: Up to 4 hours daily & Weekend Work (Saturdays)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our second-shift operations in Madison, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and be comfortable working overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage materials
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and follow all warehouse procedures
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support production and logistics teams as required
• Perform basic equipment inspections before each shift

Requirements

• Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a forklift operator
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to become certified)
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Availability for required daily overtime and occasional Saturday shifts

• Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM (Second Shift)
• Overtime: Up to 4 hours per day + occasional Saturday work
• Hourly Rate: $21.82/hr
