# Quality Team Leader Madison, AL 35756## Description
** Summary/ Objective:
** Provide technical support to the Quality Assurance and other departments.
** Essential Functions (but are not limited to):
*** Ensures safety of self and others by following all Safety Policies/Procedures and wearing all required PPE
* Team Member Training
* Continuous training of current team members
* Coordinate daily activities of team members
* Team members audits
* Quality training for production departments
* Daily tool box meeting
* Everyday safety of team members
* New team member orientation
* Cost Reduction (Coordinate Kaizen meeting)
* Manage V-V Quality and sorting
* Support of all departments
* Coordinate part sorts (in-house and customer)
* Assist in adjustments to lines or presses
* Follow up on counter measures
* Coordinate pre-production activities
* Dealing with customers
* Standard quantity inventories
* Maintain C/F maintenance schedule
* Upkeep of quality documentation
* Act as Group Leader in absence of
* Daily reports to group leader
* Regular attendance is required
** Other Duties:
***** Must be flexible to work in all areas and in your department regardless of duties listed above in order to accomplish YKTA Goals and objectives.***## Qualifications
** Required Qualifications, Education, and

Experience:

*** Previous quality experience, preferably automotive.
* Personal computer and software skills
** Environment**:
* Work is conducted in an industrial office/ plant setting.
* Frequent movement throughout an industrial plant environment being exposed to high noise levels and equipment normally used in stamping / welding/ Ecoat environments.
** Physical Demands:
*** Prolonged periods of standing on the plant floor.
* Must be able to traverse the entire facility.
* Must be able to lift up to 33 pounds at times.
