United Trades of America is a top labor contractor in the construction industry, providing skilled tradesmen to support client teams.

The Project Assistant provides support to the Project Management team, including administrative tasks and project management duties.

• Track and recap Potential Change Orders (PCOs).
• Price material vouchers and manage RFIs.
• Monitor and complete certified payroll for Rosendin and subcontractors, including HRC forms and OCIP Compliance.
• Update project schedules using Microsoft Projects or Sure Track.
• Handle monthly billing, including Schedule of Values and cover sheets.
• Create and maintain material flow sheets, logs for subcontractors and change orders, and submittal logs.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and manage light material ordering.

• Associate's Degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• 1-2 years of project management support experience, ideally in construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  Microsoft Projects, Sure Track, Oracle, and SharePoint preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints and understand materials and pricing.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Indoor work environment with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Low to medium noise level.
