Now Hiring:
Bilingual Translator (Spanish/English) - Madison, AL
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Translator for a first shift (12-hour shift) position in a manufacturing environment located in Madison, Alabama.
Position Overview
The translator will support communication between English-speaking leadership and Spanish-speaking teammates on the production floor. This role plays a key part in safety, training, and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Translate verbal instructions between supervisors and teammates
- Assist during orientations and training
- Support safety communication and documentation
- Help resolve workplace questions and concerns
- Maintain professional and clear communication on the floor
• Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable and able to work a 12-hour first shift
- Previous translating or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)

Skills and Experience
Type of Experience Required:
- Bilingual Spanish & English communication (verbal & written)
- Manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Interpreting between supervisors and production employees
- Translating safety instructions, policies, and work directions
- Assisting with orientations, coaching, and disciplinary conversations
- Basic computer skills (email, text communication, simple documentation)
1+ year bilingual interpreting experience preferred (manufacturing a plus, not required)
