RN IR Imaging - Madison Hospital Imaging 1st Shift

Overview

Provides quality nursing care to the patient in the Imaging Services department. Identifies patient needs and priorities for care and the attainment of/or progress towards patient outcomes. Coordinates care between other professional disciplines as needed.

Education required:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

License/Certification or Registration:

• Current Alabama Nursing License required.
• BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification is required within 1 year of hire.

Experience:

• Previous nursing experience in a critical care setting required.

Additional skills/abilities:

• Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly.
