Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fire Alarm Technician located in Madison Heights, MI. The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire alarm systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, ensuring compliance with life safety codes and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service when interacting with clients. The technician will collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of safety and service are maintained.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fire Alarm Systems
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting system issues and ensuring Life Safety compliance
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Familiarity with fire codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in fire alarm systems preferred
