HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Overview
What You Will Do We are looking for skilled Servicemen with HVAC experience who have worked in residential, light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team and work the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment. We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards and advancement, and increased incentive opportunity for completed pull-through work.
We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard. Servicemen must have practical working experience in residential, light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. May be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills. Scope of work shall be limited to commercial HVACR service. There is potential for acceptance into the Local union apprenticeship after at least 6 months of working hours with Lead Journeyman and Manager.
You must be able to work in conditions that may be dirty and/or longer hours.
- Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on light commercial heating and cooling systems.
- HVAC systems maintenance.
- Work experience in residential, light commercial, industrial and/or commercial settings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- EPA Refrigeration certification a plus.
Pay Range: $16.10 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
