Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians in the careful removal, inventory, and documentation of damaged contents from residential and commercial properties.
  • Oversee the packing, labeling, and transportation of contents to our facility for cleaning and restoration.
  • Conduct thorough on-site assessments to identify and categorize damaged items.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inventory, including photos and descriptions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices during all restoration activities.
  • Coordinate with project managers and insurance adjusters to provide updates and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Manage the return and placement of restored contents to the client's property.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in contents restoration or related field.
  • Experience with water and fire damage restoration is essential.
  • Proficiency in inventory and documentation software (e.g. ,Contents Track, Xactimate, DASH).
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry Contents and materials, and work in various conditions.
