This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.
What You´ll Do- Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan
- Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap
- Drives and rolls‑out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling
- Develops and maintains sustainable and long‑term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
- Defines account‑specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
- Optimizes sales processes
- Develops and maintains strong executive and cross‑functional relationships at HQ and key locations
- Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy
- Responsible for timely and accurate administrative tasks supporting account strategy including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc. Drive negotiations and global/regional/local contracts with key accounts
- 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business required
- Account strategy & planning
- Strong business development and customer mapping skills
- Proven ability to build networks and leverage social selling
- Effective cross‑functional collaboration with technical and commercial teams
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills
- High capability in complex problem‑solving and decision‑making
- Strong time and opportunity management mindset
