*** Summary
* * This position is responsible for the maintenance of NTC’s Electronic Recording network.
** Essential Functions
*** Maintaining NTC’s Electronic Recording Counties module within the Oracle system.
* Handle documents that have problematic indexing specifications.
* Handle the submission filter queue within Simplifile (vendor) site and enter document indexes into this interface.
* Responsible for sending and receiving CA portals, once token is obtained.
* Oversee the sending, separating (Recorded and Rejected documents), and routing of our Client Prepared Documents.
* This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
** Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
*** Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment.
* Knowledge of Oracle DE applications
* Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.

* ** High School Diploma or equivalent.
** Experience
* ** No previous experience required.

** Working Conditions
** Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting.  The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location. Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.
** Physical Demands and Activities
** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate.  The employee frequently is required to remain stationary.  The employee is frequently required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; rarely position self to maintain files; rarely moves boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.  

Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen).  Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
** NTC Non-Exempt Operations
** The amount of work that needs to be accomplished to service the needs of NTC clients is subject to fluctuations.  Due to these fluctuations, NTC may require its employees to move from an area where work is slower to an area where their services are more needed by NTC.The willingness of personnel to assist in or move to other areas within NTC, when needed, is an important factor for the company to meet the needs of our clients.
