Job DescriptionAs Territory Manager (TM) in Spine, you will promote and archive the Spine Business Unit strategic plan. You will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, spending 75% of working time on field activities, maintaining collaboration with company teams, organizing effective and professional meetings with targeted customers, generating leads and handling customer queries, maintaining good customer relations and coordination, providing accurate product information, ensuring stock availability, negotiating patient cases with doctors, and increasing and developing new business opportunities.
Additionally, you will organize all documents to meet client demands.
- Achieve sales and profit targets.
- Spend 75% of working time on field activities.
- Maintain proper collaboration with all company team members to ensure field operations are properly conducted for customers’ benefit.
- Organize effective and professional meetings with targeted customers.
- Conduct outdoor field sales through cold calling using AIDINC to sell product range to potential corporate clients.
- Generate leads; handle all customer queries, including quoting and follow‑up to achieve the B.P.
- Maintain good customer relations and coordination.
- Provide prompt and accurate information about products and ensure stock is available and consumption is optimal.
- Provide product information to customers including in‑service, case support, and negotiate patient cases with doctors.
- Service and maintain existing customer base with prompt, courteous, reliable service while increasing and developing new business opportunities.
- Organize all documents to ensure client demands are fulfilled.
- Education:
University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent; scientific or medical background preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 3 years in orthopedics; experience in spine is advantageous. - Languages:
Native Arabic and fluent English. - Travel:
Ability to travel 80%+ within region and possession of a driving licence.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate the orthopaedics business to establish a standalone company, DePuy Synthes, anticipated to be completed within 18–24 months subject to legal requirements and approvals. Should you accept this position, you would become an employee of DePuy Synthes; employment details will be communicated upon transition.
