Join our Smart & Final store operations team as a Part‑time Retail Associate at Chedraui USA. Store location: 2237 W. Cleveland Ave., Suite 101, Madera, California 93637, United States.

• Maintain a store section, stock merchandise using proper equipment.
• Ensure proper pricing, check product date codes, stock shelves, end displays, floor stacks, displays, and refrigerated/frozen cases.
• Prepare perishable products for sale as needed.
• Set up advertising/promotional displays.
• Clean and maintain sanitation standards in all interior and exterior areas of the store and parking lot as directed.
• Offer friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous assistance to customers.
• Load customer purchases by assisting customers to their vehicles when requested.
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including recording lost/damaged goods and store supplies.

• Read and write English; interact with the general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift/move up to 25 lb, frequently 45 lb, and occasionally 60 lb.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills (extra awesome).
