Job Purpose
Perform day‑to‑day housekeeping functions as assigned at Madera Care Center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform day‑to‑day housekeeping functions as assigned.
- Cross‑train to back up the Laundry Department when needed.
- Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments.
- Ensure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manner.
- Adhere to all current regulations governing nursing facilities.
- Develop a friendly, helpful rapport with residents.
- Maintain the confidentiality and rights of all residents.
- Ability to perform housekeeping functions and cross‑train for Laundry backup.
- Knowledge of regulations governing nursing facilities.
- Strong rapport‑building skills with residents.
