We are seeking an Inpatient PRN Psychiatrist to join our dynamic medical staff at River Vista Behavioral Health in Madera, CA
. This role offers lucrative earning potential and excellent flexibility while working alongside a collaborative care team with a strong support structure.

• Patient Encounters: average of 15 total patient encounters per day
• Location: Madera, CA
• Practice Setting: Behavioral Health Facility, Inpatient
• Compensation: very competitive per patient rate

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments, provide treatment team leadership, and deliver daily care to assigned patients.
• Work with a diverse caseload of individuals aged 18 and older
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Licensed to practice in California or eligibility to obtain a CA license
• Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians

• River Vista is a newer, state-of-the-art 128-bed behavioral health hospital that opened its doors in 2023. We offer a full continuum of inpatient services, including specialized units catering to the unique needs of children, adolescents, and older adults with co-occurring behavioral health and substance-use issues. We offer robust outpatient programs addressing prevalent behavioral health concerns.
• Madera, CA is in California's San Joaquin Valley, about 20 miles north of Fresno. The community is known for its diversity, family-oriented neighborhoods and a blend of small-town atmosphere with growing local amenities.
